原有建筑空间的繁冗使平面改造能否成功成为本案的一个重点，鉴于住宅的规模和业主要求的多样性，最棘手的挑战是如何在各个空间中创造合理的动线。改造后的空间格局有序而合理，功能空间的增设与扩展满足了业主更深层次的需求。另一个挑战是在传统设计风格的基础上展现广阔的视角和丰富的空间感受，并创造合理的尺度，避免压倒性的装饰感。设计团队有意识的为住宅内部选择了有反差的材质和纹理，使得每一个房间都能体现出业主不同的特征，也能让人们对空间有清晰的定位。

现代简约欧式风格的确立显示了空间的调性，但是客户希望能把空间中用和谐的方式让这些简欧的设计元素并行。最后设计师决定每一个房间都使用不同的组合方式，并且运用不同材质的纹理来弥合空间的差异性。精致素雅的石材背景墙搭配细节体现品质感；特殊定制线条在界限分明中碰撞出视觉张力，大面积深色带有金色暗纹的色彩成为空间的主角；地面石材的错落拼贴成为现代感很强的纹样贯穿空间。

The complexity of the original architectural space makes the plane a success in this case.The most difficult challenge is how to create a reasonable line in each space consider the house’s size and the requirements’ diversity of the owners. After the transformation of the spatial pattern is more orderly and reasonable, the creation and expansion of functional space meet the owners’ demand of a deeper level.Another challenge is to show a broad perspective and a rich sense of space base on traditional design styles and how to create a reasonable scales to avoid overwhelming decorations.Our design team consciously chose the contrasting material and texture for the interior of the house, so that each room can reflect the different characteristics of the owners, but also allow people to have a clear positioning in the space.

The establishment of modern minimalist European style shows the tone of space, but the customer wants to be able to use space in a harmonious way to make these simple design elements in parallel.Finally, the designer decided to use a different combination and material of each room to make up the diversity in the space.Exquisite and elegant stone background wall with details reflect the sense of quality and special lines in the boundaries of the collision makes up the visual tension. A large area of dark color with golden hatching color become the leading character and ground stone staggered tattoo become modern strong pattern runs through the space.
